While I hardly ever agreed with his politics I always admired the man. I could never agree with his decision to pardon Richard Nixon. I do believe that he was an honest politician and a good man and that is a very rare thing and worthy of respect.
He was one of the very few men I have ever heard of that I can honestly say walked the walk, he lived what he believed. I honor any person who can do that. He was one of the best we have every had here on this earth. I would be proud to shake his hand if it were possible.
He is one of a very few men I really look up to. He is one of my Hero’s. He says what he means, he means what he says and he does not say it mean. He is a humble honest hard working man whom I greatly admire. He walks the walk, he lives what he believes. Men like him are few and far between. An honest politician is almost a contradiction in terms, Jimmy Carter is one of those men. Jimmy Carter is the exception to the rule. He is an honest politician. I honor and respect him greatly.
He is one of the funnest and quick witted men I have ever heard. I have attended several of his concerts and have completely and throughly enjoyed everyone of them. He is a brilliant thinker who’s quick with and sarcasm is often just laughed off when he should really be taken seriously since a lot of what he says makes perfect sense.
I watch him take that one small step for a man and a large step for mankind, live on TV and he has been one of my hero’s ever since.
Every since I saw him for the first time on Mork and Mindy he has made me laugh. He is a very talented person whom I admire.
He is one of the few public men in this world who walk the walk and do not just talk the talk. He lives what he believes.
I honor that in anyone who can do that.
one of my first memories of the US space program was when John Glenn went into space the first time. I was so interested in what was happening then, that from that moment on I have always wanted to go into outer space.
